Mindfulness is a very poulartherm of our days. More and more it comes into our life. A lot of people to start meditation every day. And me not exept.

Meditation helps me to be calmer and quiter. It makes me more consetration and clever. After meditation my mind opener for new information and tasks.

I like meditation very much.
